I have following question. Please clarify
In Karnataka what is the maximum extent of land a person from Category 1 caste can hold to be able to satisfy non creamy layer for State employment reservation? His HUF holds more than 54 acres as on 2018.
As per the statutes, the creamy layer concept doesnt apply for SC/ST and Category 1.
