My name is Pradeep and live in Pune, Maharashtra.
My parents have bought a land of area 1500 sq ft in 1990.However we found later on that a road is planned to go through the area our land belongs.A lot of people who have built their houses have lost some part of their house and some lost it all.Luckily we didn't built on our land, but our whole land will be utilised by the road work.
I went to the Land aquisition office and the officer gave me an option to sale the kaccha tdr to a builder.A lot many have opted for this option as I inquired around due to fear of a local MLA.A handful of them have opted to file a case in the court and asking for a replacement land in nearby area.
I am more more keen to join the court case but my family insists me to go sale the kaccha tdr as they are not sure when the court verdict will come if at all.
Can anyone suggest me good options in this regards?
