Dear Sir/Madam
My father had applied for land for allotment by Bihar State Housing Board on 26-12-1978 for(MIG Plot Bahadurpur, Patna) submitting the registration amount and earnest money.
Instead of alloting a plot in 2013 the government gave a notification asking to collect back the money ( i.e. submit a form asking for refund which i have attached.) otherwise it will be canceled.
Please advise me of any possible recourse
