Form as a group, elect some educated office bearers, engage a professional advocate, move with elected representative, as getting compensation in time without pressures is very difficult.

The posting does not bring out the real issue, if any. All that could be stated is that the Government and the authorities are bound to follow the due process in taking over private property.
