I recently recieved 3(1) Notice for Land Acquisition for Adi Dravidar welfare. I am yet to recieve 4(1) notice. Can I sell the property meanwhile before i recieve 4(1) notice? Is that Valid?
Pls help me out in this issue and do reply back if im not clear in my qestion or for any further details required
