land accupied as " Thika tenant " without having original Thika Agreement.

A landed property at Howrah in west bengal captured long time by A person. He claimed himself as A recorded " Thika tenant " having false " Record of Rights " , false " Thika controller certificate " etc. and without having original " Thika Agreement " also.
I captured all certified copy of govt. documents through provision of RTI Act 2005. All those documents which was submitted previously by the aforesaid " Thika tenant " found false and cooked , and was the part of total conspirecy.
The motive of the said person was , some how to pass long time , as it comes to the " Limitation Barre " .
Now , at present as A absolute owner of the same property and after getting full knowledge about the conspirecy---------
(1)Can i suit on forgery ground and get back the property ? Yes/No
(2)Can i avoid " Limitation barre " ? Yes/No
If answer of the two question is " yes " , then pls.reffer sec.and relevent case law for better understanding.
