Was sale of lal dora property through GPA (registered in sub registrar) but without sale deed was valid in 2003-2004 in Delhi? Does it entitles you for the ownership?
please note: GPA has no mention of money transaction or amount paid or value of property in it.
Lal dora property cannot be sold unless an order regarding the sale from the District Collector of the district where the property is situated.
