Dear sir/madam,
I want to know that in case that no written agreement has been made to build a three story small house in Ballabgarh, Faridabad on labour rate in mutual agreement, the owner of building refused to make the payment after completion of structure work.In between he have made some partial payments but at final bill the balance wages of some 4-5 lakhs he has refused to pay. so I want to know ,is there any option for labour to get their balance wages.if any than what is the way.
