Labour law query

 

***What are the measures an employer should take if the strenght of the organisation is exceeding 50 nos. Is there any other laws that is applicable (beside PF,ESI which we already have) which we have to take care.

*** And when is standing order applicable? 

*** Is ther any clauses under factories act for exceeding 50 nos strength in an organisation

yes.... employer have take the decision to join PFO and ESI according to standing orders act sc(1). if there aremore than 50 people in any manufacturing/production then they come under factories act.caluse1 from valbooj
