Dear Respected Sir/Madam,
Currently I am working in IT Private Ltd. Co. in pune, joined in Feb 2019. I am hired as a module lead (12 yrs experiance) but management is forcing me to do the junior level work. They are threatening me to terminate if I will not do a junior level work. What labour law says in this situation. Can you please guide me.

Is there any reduction in emoluments because of this development?

Already they offered lower designation than what I earlier had and also lower package than what I was getting from previous employment.
