Hi,
Could this judgment be used to asked for wealth tax returns & tax credit statements.As I see from judgment list is exhausitive and could be included to determine true financial picture of husband and wife.
Is it possible to file an application to court for requesting it too be included.
Please advice.

Yes. Application can be filed asking the court to further improve the affidavit proforma by adding the particulars and also submitting returns mentioned above.
