Good Morning Everyone, Please tell me what are the requirements for Special Marriage Act? Shall i go for special marriage act without informing the policeman and any other persons, And how much time it will take. kINDLY please help me sir

There is no need for information to the police but there is a mandatory provision to give the notice for intending of marriage underthe special marriage act. after notice if some body filed any objection which may be decie on marit and teh marriage ceromany will completed by giving a certificate by the marriage registrar.
