Had a few doubts,
1) Is an auto dealer workshop(basically conducting after sales) covered by Factories Act?
2) Is MLWF applicable for skilled/ unskilled labour or for all employees like accounts executive, senior executive, Assistant Manager etc?
3) Is an trainee who is paid stipend/out of pocket expense eligible for statutory benefits like pf, esic etc.?
Please guide as I am very confused.
