Kiadb accused gets bail

BANGALORE: The Karnataka high court on Thursday relaxed bail conditions of BBMP corporator Katta Jagadish to enable him to accompany his ailing father Katta Subramanya Naidu to get treatment for cancer at a London Hospital.

Vacation judge Justice V Jagannathan directed the trial court to return the passport to Katta Jagadish and asked him to surrender it once he returned from London. The case pertains to KIADB scam. Jagadish has filed an application seeking relaxation in bail conditions for his father's treatment.
