Kerala High Court suspends conviction for murder. Is it correct ?

I felt very disappointed by the act of Kerala High Court which suspended conviction of murder politician.

He could have been given bail if approached by him for filing appeal and court should have given verdict only after completion of hearing but why suspend conviction?

Very dicey ruling.

Suspension of sentence is not an unusual thing.

The court can suspend his sentence in order to enble the accused to prefer an appeal, there is no legal infirmity in it.

Are you sure qua suspension of conviction by Kerla High Court as stated by you ?

How you are concerned with suspension of conviction of a convict in a murder case as stated ?

Prima facie it is a fabricated time pass post,

I m a citizen and worried the way judiciary is protecting criminals & fraudsters. This way these resourceful persons will go Scot Free and Lalu convicted in all cases is example of this. It's not time pass.
