sirs,
is it necessary to deposit the arrears of rent to the court before filing rent revision petition in the appellate court against the order of the lower court? can the court dismiss the petition for not depositing the amount due??
once rrp is admitted without any office objection can the court insist the petitioner to deposit the arrears of rent before proceeding with the main arguments on merits of the case???

Relinquishment of part of claim:- Where a plaintiff imits to sue in respect of, or intentionally relinquishes, any portion of his claim, he shall not afterwards sue in respect of the portion so omitted or relinquished.
