Will the Governor and all Karnataka legislators share the cost of Assembly Elections to our exchequer for their murder and mockery of democracy? Can all the political parties responsible for the hungama accept their moral responsibility when their hooligans enacted the high voltage drama breaking the basic tenets of our Constitution ?
