Karnataka high Court judgement needed please

Dear Sir, My divorce case is the argument stage in Bangalore family court. It will be helpful if someone provides Karnataka high Court or Supreme court judgements on below two. 1. Working woman denied alimony. 2. Marriage expense claim denied. Eagerly awaiting response Thanks.

Alimony and maintnenance is right under the law for a destitue woman so alimoney to a working woman can not be denied.

Even at this late stage you can make tactical change in your approach to the case. Say to the court you love your wife and wants to continue peaceful matrimonial relations.

It may look defficult but it is only way out to avoid alimony.
