Juvenile Vakaltnama

Hi experts,

Can anyone tell me the procedure to appear on behalf of a juvenile before the juvenile justice board. What is the document and how is it signed by the juvenile accused. How can a minor sign a vakaltnama and engage a lawyer. How the vakaltnama is signed and how does the advocate appear for a juvenile.

Quick reply is appreciated.

On the vakilpatra of juvenile we must take signature of the parent of the juvenile and not juvenile himself. Besides no need of appearance memo as the vakilpatra is sufficient.
