Juvenile Justice:

Deity by fiction of law is a perpetual minor but it being not a person in real sense hence not capable of committing any crime.as per the definition of 'juvenile' under juvenile justice act age of a person is determining factor whether aperson is a juvenile or not but age of deity has nothing to do with its minority hence in spite of being a minor deity is not covered by the definition of a juvenile and so juvenile justice act  is not applicable.
