Dear experts
I want to take custody of my 5 year daughter. She is living with her mother now at her home town.
498a & maintenance cases are already running at her place.
Can i file custody under GWA, at my place or it can be filed only at residence of child ?
Please clarify jurisdiction if any SC judgement or else in this respect
