jurisdiction of Labour Court under section 33 C 2 of I.D Ac

whether computation of wages which are deducted or not paid can be computed by the Labour Court or not ? further the jurisdiction of Labour can be extended to computed the amount of increment agrred by the employer through a settlement by union in general but he is taking a plea that those persons named inthe application were not his employee inperiod in question ? and thereafter he not contested the case and Labour awarded in favour of appliant ? Is the judgement of LC is correct ? it is stayed by the HC . and fixed for final hearing , Pl suggest me the rulings on this point to supprot the order of LC.
