if a company having registered office at mumbai supplies goods from nanded railway station to a party at aurangabad..raises a bill via another fake co at draft payable at pune and takes payment at pune
wheather collection agent (atom like payment gateway) lodge recovery suit ?

It can be instituted at either of the city.

According to my opinion you are playing fraud with the court.. If it is proved during trial about the fake company then you will be liable for damages.

Suit can be instituted either Mumbai where co has it's registered office or Pune where payment was made.
