Jurisdiction

without considering jurisdiction of the court, can passed order ? or Before  passing any order by the trial court , he should deside jurisdiction of the courtm first. IS there any case law.

Question of jurisdict is tobe take at first instance. this save the precious time of court.

If the plea of jurisdict is raise it is necessary for the court to decised the same before adjudicating other aspects.
