The signatures were taken on an plane paper agreement ( prepared by a unregistered N.G.O.)
at a Mahila Thana District X under pressure of arresting due to complaint by elder daughter -in- law(C) of A, .from A & B ,while they had gone to meet the only Grand Son and son after a very long gap about three years. B is also younger daughter of A .Not ony this A & B were assalted and outrage the modesty by the persons(Father ,Brother and Sister,along with few others those were present there and signed the agreement as first party and also tried to provoke breach of peace insulting A & B .However A & B left the District X to save themselves for home District Y.No copy of complaint & copy of agreement was provided and also could not be made available upto now though it was ask to the Mahila Thana through S.P. of District X.
1- Whether A & B can register a comlaint at their home District Y ?
