I'm a US Citizen married a Indian Citizen. I sponsored her to come to US using K1 Visa (fiance). We got married in US. We had a hindu ceremony (not registered in US). Later, we had a registered marriage in US. Unfortunately, things didn't work out and we are ending the marriage within a month. She left to india and filed false allegations (Dowry and Domestic Violence) against me and my whole family. Does india have any jurisdiction since the marriage took place in US and we lived together in US. Please advise.
