How to apply for judicial divorce decree in tamilnadu ? I am a muslim and my marriage has been registered in Tamil Nadu mariage registration act 2009. I heard that Muslim Man can not apply for judicial divorce in india. Any muslim man applied for diorce in family or civil court in tamilnadu. Please provide me the legal advice. The woman side would not follow the extra judicial divorce procedure. They would not obey Mosque or kahaji.
