Friends need urgent judgments that when complaint is made under one Act but actually complaint was to filed in some another act whose name is not mentioned in complaint then that former complaint so made should be quashed !!!!
in my case complaint was made by drug inspector under drug & cosmetic act whereas offence is under essential cosmetic act ( not mentioned in complaint),so i want whatsoever complaint is made under drug & cosmetic act is liable to be quashed !!!!
