Dear Sirs,
In case an appeal is pending in the High Court against the judgment & decree;
a) What type of reliefs / help is available to the J-Dr.
b) Execution of decree on furnishing security u/o 41 rule 6 sub rule 2 till the finalisation of pending appeal is possible.
c) Does executing court have power to disburse the decretal amount in case the decree is a transfer decree.
Please opine and explain about the remedies in the interest of helping to a sufferer.
