Please send me the Judgements on Medical Negligence. My client's Case is that, My client was operated appendix in the hospital and at evening blood was spread but did not stopped. Hence the doctor has operated twice. Eventhough the doctor was not suceed. Patient was in critical condition and referred in highr hospital. Whether the Expert Opinion of the Doctor does required or not ?
