Myself and my wife jointly agreed for No object for the Null and void petition which is filed on behalf of Nonconsummation of marriage on February and the Judge had intially taken the evidence from both side and then agreed to pass the orders initially by March end and then signed the same.But after that every time it is getting postponed and postponed again and my lawyers responds everytime saying 'Posting of Orders' is postponed to Some date in the Next month.
1)Kindly advise if there is something to worry in this or its the orders will be passed soon.
2)Second once the order is passed how long do it takes to get the certified copy and how long we have to wait before getting married again.
Experts pls respond....
