judgement error in civil injunction suit

TI dismissed in which judgement error statement as follows: 👉"Plaintiff filed false suit against the several persons in order to cause unnecessary harassment to the public through PA holder"
👆Correction of above statement under sec. 152 if not allowed by trial court, can we appeal it further what's the remedy

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a judgement error in a civil injunction suit where the court stated the plaintiff filed a false suit for harassment. If the trial court refuses to correct this statement under Section 152, the next step is to file an appeal to set aside the lower court's judgement. Seeking legal advice from a trusted lawyer is crucial for navigating the appeal process and achieving a favourable outcome.

If it is.dismissed then file appeal to set aside lower court judgement and todecesion in favour of you. Amendment is not necessary.

Follow the advise of your lawyer who is well aware of facts of the case.

Change your lawyer if you have lost faith in him/ her.
