Judgement copy of the distrcit court exempting the contractual staff?

Sir can i get the ditrsict court judegemnt copy for the exemption of the contractual staff from serving election duty.

Quick Summary
This discussion concerns obtaining a district court judgement copy that exempts contractual staff from election duty. It's advised to approach the relevant district court with a vakalat and third-party affidavit via an advocate to file a copy application. While contractual employees are generally obliged to perform duties as per their employment terms, election duty may not be covered unless explicitly stated.

You can approach the district which passed the required judgment with a vakalat and third party affidavit to file a copy applicaiton through an advocate giving  reasons for obtaining the desired judgment.

Judgment has to searched by you.

However, contractual employee is obliged to be assigned duty as per terms and conditions of employement, which cannot include election" duty.
