Dear Experts,
I have filed divorce petition against the worst woman in the world and the judge has given a judgement for judicial separation. The judgement was given on 20.07.2013. But, he was transferred to another court after 2 days of my judgement. Till date i did not receive the copy of my judgement. Whenever I ask my lawyer, he says the same has to be signed by the previous judge and many judgement copies are waiting for him to sign.
What should I do? How shall I get my judgement copy as early as possible? Because, to get this judgement I run in the court lawns for the last 2 years and waiting to receive the copy of the judgement for the last 6 months. Please guide.
