Please help me get the judgement in BHIKALAL KALIDAS MEHTA VS PREETI SANGAM SAHAKARI BANK LTD. case.
Incidently I have tried looking for it on our site also, but could not locate ple help!!!!

Thanks for the efforts to reply.Interestingly this judgement is quoted in various suits in most of the higher courts of india.I have also tied to locate it without success.
