My Visitation Application is pending with the Judge from last many hearings, below is the sequence from Opposite party side
Date 1 - Visitation Application Submitted and copy given to opposite party
Date 2 - NO SAY from other party , Judge asked for SAY next date
Date 3 - NO SAY from other party , Judge assures of order next date
Date 4 - SAY given but declined for Argument because Sr. Lawyer was not available
Date 5 - Court on Leave
Date 6 - Court on Leave
Date 7- Lawyer Absent.
Date 8 - Lawyer came in morning and took adjournment.
Date 9 -Next Date , What should i do opposite party plays game again, I have told and requested Judge several times where he promises to give order next date but somehow never passes it.
Can i write to his superior authorities and can they instruct the judge for fast order. What should be the wording - complaint of Judge or misuse of process from other party.
Case is of DV Act in JMFC court.
Kindly clarify.
