Judge is biased - bail under atrocity act.

	Dear Expert, One of our tenant whome we evicted has lodge false FIR under IPC 452, 454, 380, 427 504, 506, 34 & Atrocity act on 4 of us me, my wife & parents. We applied for bail on 10/01/2019 before session court, it's alomost a month we did not get bail. Later we come to know that the tenant is private driver of District Judge & that judge is behind all the sotry, he influenced & presurried police officer to take FIR. Now the judge is giving dates for hearing & he is also influencing investigation & presurising police officers to arrest us. He is likely to reject our bail but he is taking too much time to harras us. My parents are seion citizens & are having medical problems, I am working in a MNC & the sole earner in the family, my wife is housewife, she is talking care of our only son.. We are worried if we got arrested who will take care of my son. How can I complainst against a district judge. Please help us we are in big trouble.

You got him forcibly evicted out of rented accomodation, you yourself look like goon to me going by the IPC section and atrocity case filed against all 4 of you.

And you are here on free legal forum to seek advice on how to screw judge that too district judge?

Hire some good advocate in your town to fight these cases.  If you are scared of arrest just go underground.  Did you not think of al this before throwing tenant out of the house?

Since you have atrocity case on you all, nothing much can be done to avoid arrest than go in the hiding till such time you can secure relief from High Court.

Dont file any complaint against judge as you do not have any proof of what you are alleging, this will get you into deeper trouble and most probably if you or any of you are caught you wont get bail at all. You will have to attend the case long time from jail only..

Better to comproimise with that driver, by paying him money.  Thats the ony way out or keep hiding.

Dear if you are not satisfied with proceedings in the court,just withdraw the Bail application and submit a fresh bail application in High Court.

However if you appriohend that you will not get the justice at the hands of District Judge due the reason that your tenant is driver to him, ask your lawyer to file a transfer application before the High Court on the ground stated by you .That is good ground seeking  transfer of case,but you should submit some proof that your tenant is driver with the Judge hearing your case.Or simply

Our bail is rejected in session court , we moved to high court & filed apeeal, now high court judge is saying that we need to accomodate the licensee first before any hearing. Please tell me if a high court judge can order like this during bail application. What is the next step if bail is rejected in high court.

Please help we are in trouble since last 2 months. The guy is using his power with district megistrate & some politians to spoil our lives.
