We live in Chennai. I have two Plots which is away from Chennai City in which I like to construct a Flats/Apartments through a Joint Venture with a Builder. Can any one let me know what all the precautionary steps/methods a houseowner had to take before going into the Joint Venture Agreements. Can any one send me the agreement copy and details about it. What all the things we should clarify with the builders before going into the Join Venture Agreement. How to safeguard our property till the construction is over. Any payment has to be given to the Builder.? What about the Original Documents? Please Clarify...
