Joint property

Hi all,

Can one co-owner out of 3 other co-owners file Declaration of title and recovery of possession against third parties in respect of property succeeded through their father?  If yes, i request you all to cite me a case law.

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a single co-owner can initiate legal action to recover joint property from third parties. It also addresses the compulsory payment of stamp duty when distributing ancestral property among multiple heirs, even when legal representation is involved.
