sir, My father and his mother(my grandmother) have joint immovable property without partion . My grandmother gifted half of this property without knowledge of his son(my father) to her daughter(my aunt). Is this valid transaction(deed) ?

Sir,

If the property is self acquired, then your grandfather can gift the same without any consent required from anyone, but if the same is an ansectral property then he cannot gift the same without prior approval of the legal heirs who have the right in them.
