Joint charity commissioner nagpur

hello.

there is matter pending in the court of hon'ble joint charity commissioner in nagpur regarding alieanation of trust property for which the trust has obtained permission to sale the property by concealing and mis reperesenting the actual facts before the court and the court has granted the permission to sale the property to the highest quote in the tender process within three months from the date of order but due to non arrangement of some funds the time expired and thereafter we all the tenanats of the property since last 50 years filed the revocation of sale order before the ho'ble joint charity commissioner  nagpur and also after th gap of some eight months the tenderer once again approached the court for extension of time to make sale deed ,

does this mean that since time limit for sale is over under section 36 (1) is there still provision to get extention of time in law ?

also during this time many facts that the trust has concealed from the hon'ble court has been brougt before the court by the all the tennants like the property was already leased to for 30 years without the permission of charity commissioner which is mandatory as per law also the measuremant of the property done by the tilr department has wrongly measured and map was accordingly made which is wrong as the property mentioned in the survey and settellement department showing different situation of the property in the map .

still the asking of extension of time to make the sale is correct.?

please enlighten us thanks
