land registered both wife and husband name, after 5 years husband and wife relation not more , but their wedding not registered, wife has two sons, husband now wants to sell land but wife has not issued no objection, how husband sell the land of his share which was registerd both names.

My opinion that you try to meet your wife and if she is ready to meet you thenafter both are discuss about this matter and sale out this property. Both are equal right in this property so no issued of payment, i think she is reday for that.
