i have been selected for the post of jr accountant/accountant(grade pay 2800) by the staff selection commission in Controller General of Account(CGA) in ministry of Finance.
plz clarify to me following facts
1 Job nature
2 Promotion procedure through departmental(by ssc or Upsc)
3) what is SAS (Subbordinate Account Service), is it for departmental exam (ssc or upsc )
