job matter

I joined in a company after some days the food item expired I informed to he he asked me to write warning letter,after some days my shoes were spoiled so I was asked a new shoes he given shoe but he taken money of 1000rs and for remaining people he giving shoe for free when I am questioning my job was gone with first warning letter and after this issue what should I do ?
