Job continuity

Sir after MBBS i joined govt job on contract basis and was to be regularized after 3 yrs of service.After 3.5 yrs due to family circumstances i have to resigned which was accepted,meanwhile I didnt get my regularization orders.I rejoined the same post after fresh interview after 5 months. can i get the benefit of my previous service. in past request from some doctors was accepted and were given benfitd after 5 yrs of abscence period

The present given facts do not indicate any mistake (unless you have hidden past serfvicewhich one rarely does).

You can get counting of past service as proken period fo service counts for pension. However this will have no effect on the serniority you cannot get past serniority as there was sresignation.
