Jaiolt attestation in vakalatnma in bail petition?

Is it necessary that in Bail petition moved by the Bailor for the accused under 437 or 439 CrPc, the Jailor should attest the Vakalatnma where the accused and the Advocate have signed? Is there any laws including the Prison act for such practices? I am told that this is the prctice in some States, but except Habeas Corpus matter I am not awareof such practice. please comment.
