Itr

My Wife has presented my ITR in court  in some other format (looks like some income tax officical has provided that without my consent) . My question is :

Whether it is considered for maintenance purpose.

What legal remedy do i have against the

1) Income Tax deptt

2) My wife.

Regards

Nischay

If you are paying your income taxes properly then you don't have to worry about IT department. Your wife might have submitted it for maintenance after divorce.. If you can prove that she has enough sources to self sustain then you can avoid alimony and maintainnance.
