it's just a query for knowledge but regarding serious corona issue.

As per state gov notification all offices, shops etc needs to be closed from today. But Amazon is exempt ed from it.
Infact ordering from Amazon can be really risky to customer. there might be case that packer in Amazon have corona. which can spread to other by parcel he packed. I will explain the chain here. First Amazon packer (A) pack parcel, security scans outgoing parcel (B) then it goes to loal hub (C) then courier boy (D) deliver it to customer(E).

it means any person from (A) to (D) have infection then it can be risk to customer (E). Even infected parcel can be risky to all persons who touch them. because as per WHO virus can live upto 8-9 hours on any surface.

I don't know when we are not even shaking our hand with other due to corona but accepting infected parcel from amazon, flipkart.

how our gov can allow them. just for revenue?. then why gov. ask local shops to shut. and give permission to American company to do business.

It's a totally partiality with them. Second thing how amazon will deliver interstate parcels when trains are cancelled.

Can we file case against them to stop corona.

What do you want to say by this?

You may not be able to file any case on your presumption or imaginary concept.

To file a case in court you need to have an evidence of what you have pleaded or contended in the suit.

Do you have any substantial evidence or documentary proofs to prove your allegations?

Hence think it over and if you still want to file any case on your imaginary concept due to your fascination to file a case, you may approach any willing advocate to do this.
