Dear Experts,
My father's name has various spelling variations on differnt legal documents.
This came to light while Adhar & PAN linking. We checked all other documents such as property documents, electricity bills, municipal taxes, LIC policies, bank accounts, etc. and all of them have different versions.
Example: Some documents has first name as Nathu, Nathuji, Natthuji. Last name as Kamhankar, Kahmankar.
Would an affidavit lisitng different versions of name, solve any future troubles that might come, specially after his demise?
Do the affidavit needs to be registered?
