Please shre ur views with respect to use of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocity Act) 1989. What is ur take on this act.

Is it properly implemented?

Is it misused?

NOt only misused but also abused. So also SEc. 498-A, 304-B of IPC and DV act.

A person belongs to Schedule Tribe, taking undue advantage of his caste, filed a false complaint agasint my clients under this act, in order to bring my clients to come to his terms in a civil dispute. Now the case under trial

Most of the laws rather every law is prone to misuse and system is a big supporter of misuse and biggest suppressor of their use.
